OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS
- Provide comprehensive support to the Captain with seasonal planning and day-to-day operations
- Secure and administer comprehensive marine insurance for the vessel and crew at competitive premiums
- Negotiate and manage all contracts and subscriptions
- Appoint maritime agents worldwide, when necessary
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- Preparation and periodic review of annual/seasonal budgets
- Use of specialised yacht accounting software with linked crew debit cards which automatically records all crew transactions as well as manage expenditure in real time against budgets
- Challenging of quotes and invoices and processing payments
- Preparation of monthly budget consolidations and investigation into deviations from budget
- Developing social media presence and managing all social media channels
COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
- Preparation of all required documents for the registration of the Owner in the applicable charter jurisdictions
- Handling of all VAT payments in the applicable jurisdictions and liaising with the relevant authorities to ensure correct treatment and payment of VAT
- Management of Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) funds and preparing APA accounts for each charter
CREWING SERVICES
- Preparation of all required documents for the registration of the Owner in the applicable charter jurisdictions
