CHARTER CENTRAL AGENCIES
- Administration of charter diary
- Drafting of all charter agreements
- Acting as stakeholder in charter transaction
- Managing of charter funds
- Dispute mediation
CHARTER MARKETING
- Generating all marketing material and content such as photos, videos and text
- We assist with the creation of a dedicated website for the yacht, including website maintenance and search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Running of focused Google and social media ad campaigns with periodic reporting to Owner or Representative
- Developing social media presence and managing all social media channels
CHARTER ADMINISTRATION
- Preparation of all required documents for the registration of the Owner in the applicable charter jurisdictions
- Handling of all VAT payments in the applicable jurisdictions and liaising with the relevant authorities to ensure correct treatment and payment of VAT
- Management of Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) funds and preparing APA accounts for each charter
